NYTT ROM #55
If you mix strict Scandinavian aesthetics with some international Baroque-influenced style, adds something personal and maybe something somewhat ugly- nice, the chances are quite likely that you create a scene in your home were you will be surprised, rejoiced, and feel at ease every day. In issue no. 55 we present four very different homes that all have that something of an extra touch. The house with a fantastic view near Oslo, a creative directors home at Strandvejen north of Copenhagen, a designer in an old apartment in the city center in Copenhagen, and an architects apartment in Oslo. Four homes inhabited by people with a strong interest in what it takes to create a harmonious environment. All quite different, emphasizing that here are no rules. We also present two interesting cottages in the Nordic landscape, student housing on the water in Copenhagen, office design in Stockholm, relevant books and exhibitions in addition to new furniture and objects. The No Rules issue is in stores now.
